§ 11-2. Waste hauler permit required.

(a) In general. All waste haulers proposing to discharge wastewater into the sewer system must obtain a waste hauler permit before discharging wastewater to the sewer system. (b) Compliance with permit required. No waste hauler shall discharge wastewater into the sewer system except pursuant to and in accordance with a waste hauler permit. (c) Required discharge points. The discharge of trucked or hauled pollutants is prohibited except at discharge points designated by the POTW.
