.06 Permits - Renewal.

A. Eligibility Requirements. A permit holder shall be eligible to renew a permit if the permit holder: (1) Has not had a violation in the permit year prior; and (2) Is in good standing to conduct business in the State of Maryland. B. Renewal Process. A permit holder may renew a permit by: (1) Signing a renewal agreement that includes current rules and regulations; and (2) Remitting an annual fee in accordance with regulation .04 of this chapter. C. The Department may renew a permit if a permit holder meets the eligibility requirements in §A of this regulation.
