§ 2-3. Voting; quorum.

(a) 1 vote per member. Each member of the Commission shall be entitled to 1 vote. (b) Majority a quorum. A majority of said Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business, the exercise of any power in the performance of any duty authorized or imposed by this Division I.
