§ 38-10. Term and renewal.

(a) Term. A permit issued under this subtitle expires on the 1st anniversary of its effective date and is renewable as provided in this section. (b) Renewal application. The application for renewal must be in the form and contain the information required under § 38-9 of this subtitle.
