§ 6-3. Yearly meetings required.

(a) In general. Each board or commission established by the Baltimore City Charter or the Baltimore City Code whose membership is appointed shall hold a minimum of 1 regular meeting each year. (b) Meeting to be open. These meetings shall be open to the public. (c) Exception. The provisions of this section shall not apply to the Board of Estimates.
