10.64.010 - Supplemental nature of provisions.

It is the policy of the City Council that the restrictions upon the exhibition, sale, and distribution of materials harmful to minors set forth in this Chapter shall be in addition and supplemental to the restrictions on the exhibition, sale, and distribution of obscene materials generally, set forth in Chapter 10.42.
