11.04.010 - Traffic engineer—Established—Qualifications.

The position of City Traffic Engineer is established. The City Traffic Engineer shall be a qualified engineer and shall be appointed under civil service and he shall exercise the powers and duties as provided in this Title and in the traffic regulations of this City.
