11.28.180 - Fuel tank closure.

No motor vehicle shall be driven or moved upon any highway if the filling spout for the fuel tank is closed or partly closed with a plug of wood, rags, or other combustible material, and/or open completely so that the gas fumes are escaping from the filling spout of the fuel tank.
