11.53.120 - Violations.

It is unlawful, and a criminal violation, for any person to: (A) Operate, engage in, conduct, manage, or cause to be operated on any public right-of-way a valet parking service without a valid valet parking permit issued by the City; (B) Provide false information in an application for a valet parking permit; or (C) Permit the use or display of a valet parking permit for any purpose other than that for which the permit is issued.
