11.62.030 - Permit required.
No charitable organization shall solicit contributions from the median strip of any highway or the sidewalk adjacent to the highway within the jurisdiction of the City without first obtaining and thereafter maintaining a valid unexpired highway solicitation permit and proof of compliance with any State law requirements regarding charitable organizations.
