13.24.130 - Maintenance.

(A) Each news rack shall be maintained in a clean, neat and attractive condition and in good repair at all times, and shall be free from graffiti, rust, broken parts, litter, sharp edges, and chipped or peeling surfaces. (B) All publications shall be contained within the enclosed container portion of a news rack. No publication or other material shall be placed on top of or under the news rack or fastened to the outside of the news rack in any manner. No more than one publication may be displayed or made available within any news rack other than a multi-pocket news rack. Any violation of this Subsection may be immediately corrected by the Director of Public Works or his agent.
