14.04.130 - Equivalent residential unit (ERU) rate—Five percent assessment.

The annual charge rate per ERU set forth in Section 14.04.030 shall include a five percent assessment for the City's use, improvement and maintenance of its rights-of-way and easements in which the City's sanitary and storm sewer system and treatment facilities are located.
