16.17.010 - Installation required.

Notwithstanding and independent of any other provision of any model building-related code or model fire code that may be adopted by the City from time to time, an automatic sprinkler system installed in accordance with Section 903.3 of the International Fire Code shall be provided for all new structures that qualify as a Residential Group R occupancy.
