2.12.030 - Bond.

The City Clerk shall, before entering upon the discharge of his duties, execute to the City a good and sufficient bond for the faithful performance of his duties, which bond shall be in such sum and conditioned in such manner, as required by the City Council, and the sureties thereon shall be approved by the Council.
