Sec. 2.180 - Powers of City Council: Public health; Board of Health; regulations.

The City Council may: 1. Provide for safeguarding the public health in the City. 2. Create a Board of Health and prescribe the powers and duties of that Board. 3. Provide for the enforcement of all regulations and quarantines which are established by the Board of Health by imposing adequate penalties for violations of those regulations and quarantines.
