Sec. 3.170 - City Auditor: Duties.

1. The City Council shall appoint a City Auditor and fix the salary of that office. 2. The City Auditor shall report directly to the City Council, or to a committee designated by the City Council, and shall perform such duties as may be designated by the City Council or prescribed by ordinance.
