6.02.350 - Disciplinary action—Acts of principals and subordinates.

A licensee under this Title shall be subject to disciplinary action not only for acts or omissions done by such licensee but also for acts and omissions done by the principals, managers, agents, representatives, servants or employees of such licensee.
