6.08.400 - Business license required.

Any person desiring to operate a business that provides medical or first aid service at special events within the City must first obtain and thereafter maintain a valid unexpired business license. Persons holding a valid and current ambulance service franchise and ambulance service business licenses with the City are exempt from SEMS licensing.
