6.30.050 - Bond.

Each applicant for a license must file and each licensee must maintain a surety bond with the Department in the sum of five thousand dollars with surety acceptable and approved by the City Attorney. Such bond must be conditioned to be paid to the City or to any person who suffers any damage by reason of any misrepresentation or violation of the provisions of this Code by the licensee, his agents or employees.
