6.54.060 - Vehicles—Registration and insurance.

Each vehicle that is used by a mobile car wash/auto detail business in performing services must be: (A) Properly registered with the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles; and (B) Insured as required by Nevada law, with proof thereof to be provided upon request by the Department or Metro.
