6.88.080 - Answer to complaint.

The respondent, within twenty days after service of the complaint, except not later than five days prior to the scheduled hearing, must file with the City Clerk and serve a copy of the same upon the City Attorney its answer to the charges made in the complaint and set forth any defenses it intends to raise.
