7.32.020 - Protective care by officer.

Whenever an Animal Protection Services Officer finds that any animal is, or will be, without proper care, the Animal Protection Services Officer may take such animal into protective care; and in the event of sickness, injury or abuse of the animal, the Animal Protection Services Officer may take any action to prevent undue pain and suffering, including impoundment or immediate destruction of the animal.
