Sec. 8.100 - "Tax increment area" defined.

"Tax increment area" means the area which is specially benefited by an undertaking under this article, is designated by ordinance, as provided in subsection 3 of section 8.210 of this charter, and in which is located the taxable property the assessed valuation of which is the basis for the allocation of tax proceeds to any tax increment account under section 8.230 of this charter.
