§ 1-18 Concession Extension.

(a) Agency Head or Concession Manager may extend the term of a concession agreement for good and sufficient cause for a cumulative period of no less than 30 days and not to exceed one year from the date of expiration of the current concession agreement. This determination must be made in writing and approved by the CCPO. (1) A copy of this determination shall be maintained in the concession file and shall be provided to the members of the Committee within 5 days of CCPO approval.
