§ 11-03 Proceedings Before Designation of Hearing Officer.

Proceedings before the case is referred to a hearing officer shall be governed by Section 1046 of the Charter and 52 RCNY Chapters 9 and 10. (Added City Record 8/16/2019, eff. 9/15/2019)
