§ 2-06 Project Eligibility Monitoring.

(a) Each capital budget request form ("CB Form III") submitted to the Office of Management and Budget ("OMB") shall have indicated thereon that such project either is or is not an eligible project, or that at such stage of planning, eligibility cannot yet be determined. (b) OMB shall submit a set of all CB Form III's received by it to the Commissioner for the purpose of monitoring and determining capital projects that come within Section 224 of the Charter.
