§ 2-14 Licensing of Tobacco Retail Dealers at Residential Locations.

(a) A Tobacco Retail Dealer license will not be issued for use at any residential location, including any location considered a dwelling unit as that term is defined in the Housing Maintenance Code, Title 27, § 27-2004 of the New York City Administrative Code.
