The Interior Advertising Provider must only collect, use, and process Identifying Information in accordance with the information security and use of identifying information policy it has on file with the Commission pursuant to subdivision (b) of 35 RCNY § 59E-05. 35 RCNY § 59E-20 Penalty: $500 - $1,000 fine and suspension.
