§ 57-08 Penalties and Sanctions.

(a) Any person who fails to comply with any section of these rules or any condition of a permit issued under these rules will be subject to issuance of a Notice of Violation returnable to the Environmental Control Board, as provided in § 24-346 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York. (b) A person must bear all costs and expenses associated with any and all damage resulting from unpermitted or non-compliant drilling and/or excavation. (Added City Record 7/22/2019, eff. 8/21/2019)
