103.41 - Fortieth Ward.

The boundaries of the Fortieth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at North High and Fourth Avenue, west on centerline of Fourth to Neil Avenue, north on centerline of Neil to King Avenue, west on centerline of King to the Olentangy River, north along the Olentangy River to a point representing an air line extension of West Eleventh Avenue, easterly along said air line and the centerline of Eleventh to High Street, south on centerline of High to beginning.
