221.01 - Columbus Water & Power established.

There is established a department named Columbus Water & Power consisting of a director of Columbus Water & Power, deputy directors of Columbus Water & Power, the division of power, the division of water reclamation, and the division of water. The department shall perform all lawful functions as may be directed by the mayor or ordinance of council.
