3312.23 - Maintenance.

The owner or operator of property designed or used for parking, circulation, driveways, and or loading shall maintain such area in good condition so that it is safe, clean, dust-free, and free of any hazard, nuisance or other unsafe condition. Striping for parking spaces shall be maintained in good condition.
