3372.809 - Parking and circulation.

In addition to the standards found in the Off-Street Parking and Loading Chapter, the following standards shall also apply. A lot or premises of two acres or less, which has a single use, is limited to two rows of parking spaces and one, two-way maneuvering aisle in front of a principle building. The remaining parking shall be located behind the principle building's front building façade.
