573.169 - Penalties related to board activities.

No penalty shall be assessed for any violation of Chapter 573 in the performance of a board member's duties. All procedural violation charges shall be filed by an interested party with the chairperson of the Board of License Appeals who will hear such charges relating to the actions of one (1) or more persons in their capacity as board members.
