585.07 - Powers of the Board

The Board shall advise the License Section on the rules and regulations governing the inspection of all vehicles for hire and their appurtenances and any other matters that arise under and are reasonable and consistent with Chapters 585 through 594. The Director retains all authority to approve and promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to Columbus City Code Chapter 501.
