§ 1-7. - Severability.

If any part of any section of this Code or any rule, regulation, or requirement therein contained shall be held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other part, or section thereof, or other rule, regulation or requirement.
