§ 10-131. - Inspections.

For the purpose of insuring compliance with the terms and provisions of this article and any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to it, the Director or his designated assistants or employees may enter upon, inspect and examine the premises, including the buildings, other structures and aircraft, of any airport, heliport, or helistop licensed under the provisions of this article, provided that said inspections shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2, Article III, Division 2 of this Code.
