§ 10-18. - Compliance.
(a) Any permission granted by the Director, directly or indirectly, specifically or by implication to any person to enter or use the airport or any of its improvements, facilities or equipment shall be conditioned upon the compliance by that person with the provisions of this article and the regulations made pursuant to this article, and entrance upon or into the airport area shall be deemed to constitute an agreement by that person to comply with same. (b) Failure to comply with any provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation duly promulgated under it shall be deemed to constitute a revocation of the privileges extended by operation of this section and any person whose privilege has been so revoked may be removed or ejected from airport property as provided in Section 10-25.
