§ 10-73. - Fire apparatus.

All tenants and lessees shall supply and maintain adequate and readily accessible fire extinguishers approved by Underwriters' Laboratories for the particular hazard involved in the leased areas or areas under their control as may be recommended by the Fire Marshal. All fire apparatus shall be maintained in first class and operable condition.
