§ 12-285. - Required.

(a) No person shall engage in the business of installing any poured, bat or blown insulation without a license issued by the Supervisor of Licenses. (b) Employees of duly licensed insulation contractors shall not be required to obtain a license or pay a fee in order to engage in the work of installing insulation during the regular course of their employment.
