§ 12-363. - Permit not required for certain work.

Permits shall not be required under this article for maintenance or repair work in areas of 500 square feet or less, nor from roofing work performed in relation to the initial construction of a new one- and two-family dwelling or duplex constructed by a general contractor, subcontractor, or property owner.
