§ 13-323. - Qualifications and prerequisites.

The following conditions or requirements must be met before a fire sprinkler system contract permit will be issued: (1) a valid fire sprinkler contractor's license. (2) The permit fee must be paid. (3) plans: six sets submitted to the City. Partial plans may be accepted at the discretion of the Fire Marshal. The plans must clearly show the contractor's license number, and be signed by the licensed person. The signature must be notarized.
