§ 2-3. - Fees for copies of existing public records and other fees.

(a) Persons desiring copies of existing public records of the City pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act shall pay to the City such fees as are established in Section 60-2-1, Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees. No such fees shall be charged to a City officer or department for records that are necessary for such officer's or department's performance of its official duties. (b) Other fees shall be paid as specified in Section 60-2-2 in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees.
