§ 20-65. - Investigation and examination.

The Fire Marshal shall investigate every application for a certificate of fitness. The investigation shall include an examination of the applicant as to his/her experience and training in the field of the certificate of fitness for which the applicant has applied. The examination may include a practical test. When the Fire Marshal determines that the applicant for the certificate of fitness conforms to all of the requirements of this article, the Fire Marshal shall issue the certificate of fitness.
