§ 21-127. - Accurate labeling of meat products containing cereal.

Sausage and other meat products (except meat loaf) which contain "binder," "filler," or any form of cereal product or added water shall not be sold unless the package is plainly marked as follows in black Gothic letters at least 1/4 of an inch in height: "Sausage with Cereal Added," "Potted Meat with Cereal Added," "Sausage with Water Added," or similar terms.
