§ 21-284. - Packaging, processing, and other preparation of mix.

Packing, cutting, molding, dipping, hardening, freezing, and other preparation of mix or frozen desserts or their ingredients shall be done in an approved manner. Containers shall be adequately covered immediately after filling. Caps or covers shall be handled in such manner as to prevent contamination of the package contents.
