§ 24-11. - Adoption.

The 1978 BOCA Basic Property Maintenance Code, as amended by the City through the date of adoption of this Code, is hereby adopted to provide minimum acceptable standards for the maintenance of existing buildings, structures, premises and facilities to protect the general health and welfare of the public. Said code is adopted and incorporated fully as though set out at length herein, and shall control property maintenance in existing buildings within the corporate limits of the City.
