§ 26-6. - Issuing officer and form.

The issuing officer or agency for any license or permit shall be as prescribed by the ordinance authorizing and commanding it, but no license shall be valid until signed by the City Clerk and Supervisor of Licenses and countersigned by the City Treasurer. The City Clerk shall affix the corporate seal to the license.
