§ 29-41. - Permits required in advance.

Prior to commencement of any mechanical, gas or boiler installation, the mechanical, gas or boiler contractor shall secure a permit and pay the City Treasurer the inspection fee in full. Any person who commences any work on a mechanical, gas piping or boiler system before obtaining the necessary permits shall be subject to a penalty as established in Section 29-25 of this chapter.
