§ 30-268. - Prohibited acts.

It is unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to possess marijuana unless the person has in possession a current and valid permit or license issued by the State of Oklahoma for such possession, or such substance was obtained directly from a state-licensed physician or from a pharmacist pursuant to a valid prescription.
